Projects
Orion Exploration is strategically building a diversified portfolio of high-potential mineral assets in Pakistan. Our focus is on disciplined exploration and development of critical and precious metals, leveraging regional geology and expert insight to identify value. The following projects represent our core pipeline, where systematic work programs are underway to define resources and advance toward production.
1. Copper-Gold Project
Location: Eastern Chagai Belt, Balochistan
Status: Active Exploration
Minerals: Copper (Cu), Gold (Au)
The Eastern Chagai Belt is a world-class porphyry copper province, host to known major deposits. Our project area covers a highly prospective geological trend with identified alteration zones and historical surface indications consistent with copper-gold mineralization.
Our technical team is conducting phased surface mapping, geochemical sampling, and geophysical surveys to prioritize drill targets.
2. Iron Ore Project
Location: Eastern Chagai Belt, Balochistan
Status: Resource Delineation
Mineral: Iron (Fe)
Initial work has confirmed the scale and continuity of the mineralized structure. Activities are focused on systematic channel sampling and density measurements to develop a preliminary conceptual resource model.
3. Antimony Project
Location: Washuk District, Balochistan
Status: Active Exploration
Mineral: Antimony (Sb)
Antimony is a critical mineral with growing strategic importance. Our Washuk project is situated in a region known for antimony occurrences. Detailed structural mapping and trenching to understand vein geometry and grade continuity. Bulk sampling for mineralogical and metallurgical test work is in process
4. Antimony Processing Facility
Location: Hub, Balochistan
Status: Planning
Mineral: Antimony (99.9%)
To vertically integrate and capture full value from our antimony assets, Orion is planning a dedicated Antimony Processing Facility. Located in the strategic Hub industrial zone, it is designed for efficient logistics and access to international ports.
Currently test work is being undertaken to finalize flow sheet design based on ore characteristics from our Washuk project and other feed sources.
